About BX1X
We Built BX1X Because the Alternative
Shouldn't Be This Painful
Every business eventually hits the same wall. You start with a spreadsheet. Then a billing tool. Then a booking system. Then a CRM. Before you know it, you're running your business across six platforms that don't know each other exist.

What We Set Out to Build
One connected platform — not a bundle of acquired products stitched together with integrations. Every module in BX1X was designed from the ground up to work with the others.
A quote turns into an invoice. A booking becomes a job. A sale updates your stock. Every rand is tracked from entry to reconciliation. Nothing falls through the cracks because there are no cracks.
We wanted to build something a business owner could open on Monday morning and actually trust. Not something that forces you into a long consulting project, a maze of disconnected vendors, or years of workaround-heavy maintenance.
BX1X is still rolled out properly. That means guided setup, practical onboarding, and direct support from the team behind it — so the system fits your operations and keeps working after go-live.
Two audiences, one platform
For business owners: quoting, invoicing, inventory, purchasing, CRM, bookings, job management, staff scheduling, and full financial tracking — all connected, all in one place.
For medical practices: the same operational backbone, extended with clinical notes, patient records, prescriptions, medical aid workflows, and appointment management — without compromising the business foundation underneath.
Whether you run a workshop, a salon, a clinic, or a consultancy — BX1X adapts to how you work, not the other way around.
What we believe
These aren't aspirations. They're the decisions we make every day.
Simplicity Over Complexity
Software should make your day shorter, not longer. We design for clarity — clean interfaces, logical workflows, and nothing that exists just because someone thought it'd be clever.
Reliability You Don't Have to Think About
Your business runs on this. You need it to work every time you open it. Not most of the time — every time. We take that seriously.
No Lock-In
Your data is yours. We don't hold it hostage. If you ever decide to leave, you take everything with you. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you into staying.
Real Support From Real People
When you need help, you talk to someone who knows the product and can actually solve your problem. Not a chatbot. Not a ticket queue that goes nowhere. Real support is part of making software work in the real world.
How we work with you
Understand your operations
We start with a demo using real data scenarios. Not slides — a working system configured for your industry. We listen before we suggest.
Configure first, customise when it adds real value
BX1X is designed to be configured around your workflow first. Stages, document formats, roles, approval flows, and enabled modules are all adjustable without rebuilding the system. When a business needs something genuinely specific, custom work is scoped deliberately instead of hidden in the background.
Onboard in weeks, not months
Most businesses are quoting within the first week. Full rollout — including data migration, training, and go-live — typically takes two to four weeks.
Support that stays
Post-launch, you have direct access to the team that built and deployed your system. No ticket queues, no tier-1 gatekeepers, no waiting. Maintenance, support, and future improvements stay attached to one accountable team.
The mind behind BX1X
15 years of building systems that businesses actually depend on
Anton has spent 25 years working across retail, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, and professional services — and 15 of those years as a software developer, building, integrating, and maintaining the systems that keep businesses running day to day.
The pattern was always the same. Businesses would buy a platform, then spend years bending it into shape — bolting on integrations, working around limitations, and paying consultants to maintain what should have been simple. Every “customisation” created technical debt. Every workaround made the next change harder. And when the business outgrew the system, the only option was to start over.
BX1X was the answer to a question shaped by all of that experience: what if you built a business platform the right way from scratch?
No legacy code to work around. No acquired products stitched together. No shortcuts. Just clean architecture, sound engineering principles, and every module designed from day one to work as part of one connected system — modular enough to fit any business, solid enough to run it.
That is also why BX1X is delivered the way it is. Serious business software needs proper rollout, proper support, and someone technically accountable when questions or changes come up. The goal was never to dump a login on a client and disappear.
Built from the ground up
Not assembled from acquisitions. Every line of code written with one goal — a platform that works as one system.
Modular architecture
Enable what you need, disable what you don't. Add new processes that connect to existing modules without rebuilding anything.
Real-world problems first
Every feature exists because a real business needed it — not because a product manager imagined it on a whiteboard.
