Can I stop two events being booked into the same venue?

Yes. Each space has its own calendar, and BX1X won't let two bookings overlap on it. Days you close for maintenance can't be booked either.

Can I hold a date for a couple or company that hasn't decided yet?

Yes. Hold the dates and invite them to book into them, so nobody else takes the day while they decide.

Can I book setup and clear-up days as well?

Yes. Book a space from one date to another, so the days before and after the event are covered.

Can I run my own events with limited places?

Yes. Set a maximum number of places for a workshop, tasting or class. When it fills up, people can join a waitlist.

How do I charge for catering and extras?

Put the extras on a quote in BX1X, which the customer can accept online. The venue booking itself turns into an invoice on the customer's record in one step.
